Artificial Intelligence Policy
This Artificial Intelligence Policy (the “AI Policy”) sets out TITLEMAN Inc’s approach to the development and deployment of artificial intelligence (“AI”) in connection with its service (that is, titleman.ai) (the “Service”). The AI Policy is intended to provide transparency regarding TITLEMAN Inc’s practices and principles relating to the use of AI, including compliance with applicable laws, responsible use, data sourcing, technical and organizational measures, transparency, and risk management. This AI Policy serves as a statement of TITLEMAN Inc’s current practices and commitments in relation to the responsible use of AI. TITLEMAN Inc may update or amend this AI Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or industry best practices.

1. Compliance with Laws
To the extent applicable to TITLEMAN Inc’s provision of the Service, TITLEMAN Inc will comply with applicable laws, regulations, or directives relating to the provision and use of AI, including the European Union’s Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) (collectively, “AI Regulations”).
2. AI Literacy and Responsible Use
TITLEMAN Inc will take steps to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among its employees involved in the operation and use of AI in connection with the Service, in accordance with applicable AI Regulations. TITLEMAN Inc has implemented and will maintain internal policies and procedures designed to promote the ethical and responsible use of AI.
3. Data Sources
TITLEMAN Inc will take steps to obtain all necessary rights and/or licenses required to use the data sets incorporated into the Service and will implement procedures to monitor and verify compliance with applicable third-party rights when collecting and using such data.
4. Technical and Organizational Measures
TITLEMAN Inc implements and maintains a number of technical and organizational measures relating to the development and provision of AI technologies in connection with the Service. Examples of such measures include:
- Internal policies governing the development and use of AI;
- Security measures, including those described in the Security Addendum available at https://titleman.ai/legal;
- Testing processes designed to establish, monitor, and verify the accuracy, reliability, and suitability of AI used for the purposes of the Service; and
- Change management processes intended to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and relevant industry standards.
5. Transparency
TITLEMAN Inc has implemented procedures intended to assist customers in ensuring that natural persons who interact with the Service are informed that they are interacting with AI.
