The mark, the name, and how to use them
Everything a newsroom needs in one place: the logotype files, how the name is written, what Titleman does, and the handful of things the mark must never do. The full specification downloads below as the document our own designers work from.
Take the files
The artwork below is the artwork itself, not a rendering of it — exported from the source document at print resolution, each with the clear space already around it.
The mark is type, not an image
There is no icon, no lockup file to place and no boxed letter. Set the word in Spectral 400, all caps, with 0.16em of letter-spacing, and the logo exists. The files above are for anyone who cannot set type.

TITLEMAN in the mark, Titleman in a sentence
Seven things the mark must not do
- No boxed “T”, badge, circle or icon beside the word.
- No bold, italic, condensed or substituted face.
- No tracking below 0.12em and none above 0.20em.
- No “TitleMan”, “Title Man” or “TITLEMAN.AI” as the mark.
- No shadow, outline, gradient, rotation or accent colour.
- No placement on a photograph without a solid ink plate behind it.
- The descriptor is never in Spectral, never larger than half the mark, never a second colour.

Titleman is AI for commercial real estate work. Give it a numbered brief and it comes back finished — the deck, the Excel model, the memo, the records and the prospect list — with every figure carrying the source it came from, for a named professional on the client’s team to review and sign.
Titleman is a platform for commercial real estate professionals: brokers, acquisition teams, in-house real estate teams, lenders, counsel and developers. Underwriting, comparables, offering memoranda, prospecting, lease and title review and the pipeline all run off one property record, so nothing is re-keyed between them and every number reconciles.
The work comes back as the files the job actually produces — a deck on the firm’s own template, a working spreadsheet with live formulas, a one-page memo, records that can be filtered and exported. Every figure traces to the block it came from, confidence is clamped to the weakest input, and nothing leaves without a named reviewer signing it.
The software is free for the whole firm. Each job is billed as the professional hours it replaced, at a fraction of what those hours cost in-house.
What we publish, and where it comes from
These are the figures on our own pages. Anything else you see in a deliverable is that run’s own output, sourced inside the document it appears in — please attribute it to the run, not to the company.
For an interview, a figure you want to check, or permission to use the mark in a way this page does not cover, write to [email protected].
Titleman is not a broker, appraiser or law firm. Outputs are drafts for a licensed professional to review and sign.

We run it through Titleman and show your team the finished work next to their own. That first benchmark is on us.
