25% base. Stack to 30%

Every affiliate starts at 25% recurring commission for 12 months — across all subscription tiers from $200 to $1,000/mo. Add one Volume Bonus for a total of 30% in any month your referrals hit the threshold.

Volume Bonus
$30K+ MRR from your referrals · re-qualifies monthly
Any month your active referrals generate $30,000+ in MRR for Titleman, your rate rises to 30% for that month. At $200/mo that's roughly 150 active customers; at higher tiers, fewer. Re-evaluates every month independently.
Max stack · Volume Bonus active
30%
Base 25% + Volume Bonus 5% = 30% recurring × 12 months. Applies to every referred customer payment in qualifying months. Scales with the subscription tier — more expensive customers mean larger commissions at the same percentage.
Heavy Model upgrade bonus. If a customer you referred later upgrades to a Heavy Model enterprise contract (starting $100K/year), you earn 10% of Year 1 ACV as a one-time payment — up to $10,000. This is on top of any recurring commission you've already earned. Enterprise upgrades are uncommon from self-serve customers, but the credit is automatic when it happens.
02
How it works

From your link to commission — in four steps.

Standard SaaS affiliate mechanics: your link, a 90-day cookie, and recurring commissions on every payment for 12 months. Each commission is split 90/10 — 90% credited fast, 10% held as a refund reserve that protects your already-paid commissions from future clawbacks.

1
Refer
Share your unique link. A prospect clicks. A 90-day cookie attributes their eventual signup to you, last-click.
2
Subscribe
Prospect signs up at any tier — $200 to $1,000/mo. Commission is earned on every payment they make for 12 months.
3
Credit
90% of commission is credited to your account. 10% rolls into a reserve that absorbs future refund clawbacks, protecting your paid commissions.
4
Payout
Cleared commissions pay via Stripe, Wise, SWIFT, or USDT/USDC. $100 minimum. Available in 100+ countries including crypto.
03
The funnel

One link. One product. 12 months recurring.

Targeted real-estate traffic → customer subscribes at $200–$1,000/mo → 12 months of recurring commission. At $0.50 CPC with 1.5% conversion, your first customer's commission exceeds what you spent to acquire them. Then it keeps paying for a year.

At default assumptions ($0.50 CPC, 1.5% conv, $200 tier, 25% rate): you spend $33 to acquire one customer. Their first payment is $200. Your commission is $50. That's a profit from the first customer payment — before month 2 even arrives. Here's the sequence:

Payouts & holds

How and when we pay.

Every commission is split 90/10. 90% is credited to your account on a fast cycle. The 10% reserve accumulates to protect your already-paid commissions from future refund clawbacks — so you keep the cash even if a customer refunds later.

The lifecycle of one commission.

Example: a single customer payment.

Payment
Commission earned
Customer pays Titleman. Your commission is calculated at your rate (25% or 30%) and logged as Pending. Split: 90% to payout, 10% to reserve.
Fast cycle
90% credited to your account
The majority of your commission is credited promptly after the customer payment clears. Method: Stripe, Wise, SWIFT, or USDT. Minimum: $100.
Reserve
10% held as protection
The reserve absorbs refund clawbacks so your already-paid commissions are protected. If a customer refunds, the clawback draws from reserve — not from what you've already received.
Fraud hold
Traffic quality review
If our anti-fraud signals fire, hold period may extend to 30–90 days and reserve % may rise to 20% while we review. Genuine traffic clears quickly. Fraudulent traffic forfeits commissions and ends the partnership.

Payout rules at a glance.

Key mechanics from the partner agreement.

90/10 split on every commission. 90% credits fast. 10% goes to your rolling reserve.
$100 minimum payout. Balances below roll forward to the next cycle.
Refund clawback comes from reserve, not from your already-paid commission. If reserve is insufficient, the deficit recovers from future payouts — not from you directly.
Chargeback reversal: any customer chargeback reverses the related commission plus a $25 processing fee.
Payment methods: Stripe Connect, Wise, SWIFT bank transfer, or USDT/USDC (TRC-20 / ERC-20). Crypto supported.
Tax documents required before first payout: W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US).
Reserve released on program exit — if you leave with no outstanding clawbacks, your accumulated reserve is returned within the standard settlement window.

09
The rules

What you can do — and what we'll terminate you for.

Most legitimate affiliates will never run into these rules. The ones who would abuse the program leave quickly. These exist to protect the quality of the program for everyone.

What's encouraged

Behaviors that build trust with audiences and with us.

Honest content reviews — comparisons, case studies, walk-throughs of the actual product.
SEO content on your own properties — blog posts, comparisons, how-to articles.
Email newsletters to your own opted-in list (CAN-SPAM / GDPR compliant).
Paid social on Meta, LinkedIn, X — targeting your own audiences.
YouTube / podcast sponsorships with disclosed affiliate links.
Webinars and live events demonstrating Titleman use cases.
Custom landing pages on your own domain pointing to your affiliate link.
Google Ads on generic terms — "real estate underwriting AI", "CRE analysis software" — not brand terms.

What gets you terminated

Any of these voids commissions and ends the partnership.

×Self-referrals. Cannot refer yourself, your company, employees, or related entities.
×Brand keyword bidding. No paid ads on "Titleman", "Titleman.ai", or common misspellings.

×Cookie stuffing / forced clicks. Only legitimate user-initiated clicks set cookies.
×Incentivized signups. No cashback, contests, or rewards for users to sign up.
×Spam. No unsolicited email, SMS, DM blasts, comment-section drops, or forum spam.
×False claims. No "guaranteed returns", fabricated testimonials, or implied institutional endorsements.
×Multiple accounts. One affiliate account per legal entity.
×Unregistered enterprise deals. No Heavy Model commission without prior deal registration and confirmation.

Prohibited promotion channels

Regardless of other compliance, these channels are not allowed. Using any of them = immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

  • Imply endorsement by institutions we work with (banks, BlackRock, etc.) — even if true that they evaluate the product.
  • Issue press releases citing the partnership without written approval.
  • Make legal, financial, or investment advice in Titleman's name. You're not us; speak for yourself.
  • Trademark "Titleman" or anything confusingly similar in any jurisdiction.

12
Common questions

Things people ask before they apply.

If something isn't covered here, email support@titleman.ai — we respond inside 1 business day.

What's the cookie / attribution window?
90 days last-click attribution. If a prospect clicks your link and signs up 89 days later directly — you get the commission. If another affiliate's link is clicked in between, last click wins.
What commission do I earn on a $500/mo or $1,000/mo subscriber?
The percentage is the same — 25% base (or 30% with Volume Bonus) — and your absolute commission scales with the subscription tier. A $500/mo customer generates $125/month in commission at 25%. A $1,000/mo customer generates $250/month. Over 12 months, that's $827 and $1,655 respectively at base churn and 25% rate.
What is the Volume Bonus and how does it qualify?
The Volume Bonus gives you +5% on top of your base 25% (total 30%) in any month where your active referrals collectively generate $30,000+ in MRR for Titleman. At $200/mo, that's ~150 active customers. At $500/mo, it's ~60. At $1,000/mo, it's ~30. It re-evaluates monthly — no carry-over, no lock-in. Any month you hit it, you earn 30%.
What happens if a customer cancels in month 3?
You keep commissions earned in months 1, 2, and 3. Future months don't pay because there are no further payments. Only first-month refunds within the window trigger clawbacks. Normal churn is part of the model.
What is the 10% reserve?
Every commission is split 90/10. 90% goes to your payout. 10% is held as a rolling refund reserve — it protects your already-credited commissions. If a customer you referred later refunds, the clawback draws from your reserve, not from commissions you've already received. If your reserve is insufficient, the deficit recovers from future payouts. Your reserve balance is always visible in the dashboard.
What is the Heavy Model bonus and how does it work?
If a customer you originally referred upgrades to a Heavy Model enterprise contract ($100K+/year), you earn 10% of Year 1 ACV as a one-time payment — up to $10,000. This is credited automatically on top of any recurring commissions you already earned. Enterprise upgrades from self-serve customers are uncommon but real; you don't need to do anything to claim it.
For Heavy Model — what counts as a "registered" deal?
Before contacting an enterprise prospect, submit deal registration via the partner portal. We confirm within 2 business days whether the deal is open. Once confirmed, you have 90 days exclusive attribution, renewable on active engagement. Without deal registration confirmation, no Heavy Model commission is owed — even if you introduced the customer.
Is there a contract term I'm locking into?
Initial term: 12 months, auto-renewing. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Commissions earned before termination continue to pay out on customers acquired during the active period. Immediate termination for material breach (fraud, brand misuse).
I'm based in CIS / LATAM / MENA / Southeast Asia — can I get paid?
Yes. We pay via USDT/USDC on TRC-20 or ERC-20 for affiliates in markets where SWIFT or Stripe are slow or unavailable. The only places we cannot pay: countries on US OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions lists. Email us before applying if you're unsure — we'll confirm fast.
Do you audit affiliate traffic?
Yes. We monitor conversion patterns, signup quality, and refund rates. If anti-fraud signals fire, we may extend the hold period while we review. Genuine traffic clears quickly. Fraudulent traffic forfeits commissions and ends the partnership.
Can I negotiate rates above 30%?
The 25/30% structure is our public program. For established media buying agencies, scaled creators, or affiliate networks with proven SaaS track records and serious volume, we run a Direct Partner track with custom rates and terms. Email support@titleman.ai with your channels, audience size, and historical performance.
Are commissions taxed?
Commissions are pre-tax income to you. You're responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. We collect a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US) before your first payout and issue 1099-MISC where required by US tax law.
