Choosing a product

All ten live Titleman products side by side — what each takes in, what it returns, the typical time and credits, and the single limit that decides whether it fits your job.

Run the one that fits

Ten products run in production. This page puts them side by side so you can pick in one read, and each row links to the guide for that product.

Time and cost, measured

Median first, then the 90th percentile — the number to quote when somebody needs a commitment rather than an expectation. One credit is one US dollar.

The tails are long and they are real: an open-chat run has reached 24 hours. Most jobs land within the hour.

What each one produces

Only three outputs leave the room as a file, and only from specific products:

  • Interactive report — about six runs in ten, from every product.
  • Workbook — Value Opinion. Excels produces one too, with no client track record behind it yet.
  • Slide deck — BOV at Scale, about one run in five.

No product produces a PDF, a PowerPoint or a shareable link. See What you get back.

Naming, so we are talking about the same thing

The valuation product is called Value Opinion, and that is not marketing softness. Appraisal is a licensed activity in the United States and we are not a licensed appraiser: what you get is an opinion of value with its sources shown, not an appraisal, and we will not write the word in a document for you.

What is in the interface but should not be pitched

Leases, Documents, Web Screener, Portfolio and COMPASS exist as pages and are effectively unused in production — between zero and one run in a year. If one of them is exactly your job, say so and we will tell you honestly what it would take, rather than starting it and sending you a thin answer.
