You pay for finished work, not for seats. There is no per-user licence, no annual lock-in and no separate data subscription.
One credit is one dollar
Credits are consumed by a run at the measured cost of the work plus a margin, with a one-credit floor per operation. A job that does little consumes little.
Monthly plans in production are $49, $50, $200 and $500 a month, each granting the matching number of credits. One-time credit packs run 1:1 from $5 to $50.
The estimate, and the block
Before a heavy run the system estimates what it will cost.
- If the estimate meets or exceeds your balance, the run is blocked, and you are shown the estimate and your balance together rather than a generic error.
- At 80% of your balance you get a warning and the run proceeds.
This is deliberately a hard stop and not an overdraft. Nothing runs up a bill you did not agree to.
Trial credits
There are trial credits on qualifying accounts, granted automatically within minutes of signing up. Not every account qualifies — the grant is decided by our lead enrichment step, and accounts it does not recognise as professional do not receive it.
We would rather state the condition than let you read "the first run is free" and find it did not apply to you. If you signed up and cannot start a run, that is the first thing to check, and it is a real answer rather than a deflection — see My run produced nothing.
A run that produced little
Credits are consumed by the work, so a run that came back thin still consumed some. If that happens, say so: we will find out what the run actually produced and tell you plainly. Pricing questions and anything about a refund go to a person, not to an automated answer.
