By community: Rainy Meadows 11, Summers Bend 14, Baypointe Manor 11, Salem Square 12, Village Manor 3. 2. Office hours: four leasing offices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, which is 45 of the week's 168 hours. Salem Square is open Monday to Thursday, 36 hours. A renter who asks about one of those 51 units on a Friday evening or a weekend reaches a closed office. 3. At the lowest listed plan price of each community, the 51 listed units carry about $49,900 a month of asking rent (class: estimate; it assumes each listed unit rents at its community's lowest plan price, and some listed units may still be occupied on notice).
