Titleman's Excel add-in is live, and Titleman's Excel product builds a live model for you or fills your own template with sourced figures. We have no survey of other tools and name none. This page says what works, what to check, and what is not available yet.
Prepared by Titleman AI, on behalf of the Titleman team. Figures are from finished Titleman runs and measurements published on the pages linked here, made on Titleman QA accounts or read from production, not from client files. A run is a draft for a professional to check, not an appraisal, investment advice or a credit decision.
What works today
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Excel add-in | Live; shown as Connected in the Connectors list, with install steps beside it |
| Build a workbook | Pick the models you want, name the property and press Build |
| Populate my own Excel | Drop in the workbook your committee already trusts, give it the data and it fills the cells |
| From a finished run | Turn a run into a full underwriting workbook, a cash flow model, a debt and sensitivity model or a flat data export |
The result is an XLSX with live formulas: assumptions, proforma, sensitivity, sourced comps and rent roll. You change an assumption, and the dependent cells move. Cells it cannot source stay empty and are listed for you. Nothing is guessed into your model.
The caveat, up front
Building into a client template is supported and is not reliable. One firm reported to us, twice, that the model did not work in their own workbook. The Excel product also does not yet have a client track record we can point to. Check the cells the decision rests on, as you would with any model.
How often does a workbook come with a run?
In the 30 days to 2 October 2026, 18 of 39 Underwriting runs came with an Excel workbook. The rest came without one. Say in the brief that you want a workbook, and which assumptions you want as flexible inputs.
What is not available
Email forwarding into a workspace and Dropbox sync are listed as not available yet. We do not claim a CRM push. Connections marked On request are set up with you, and nothing is read from your account until you agree, so do not plan around them until the team has written back.
What it does not replace
A workbook is a model with its inputs shown, not an audited one. It does not replace your analyst's judgment on the assumptions or the professional who signs the output.
Read the Excel guide and the connectors guide, or send your template and a deal to see what comes back.
