What it does
Registers lists every parcel in an area you choose, exactly as the county and city records hold it: owner, zoning, last sale, size. It does not rank, price or argue anything. It is the complete table you filter yourself.
When to use it
Use it when you need the whole universe of an area — every industrial parcel in a county, every multifamily building of a size — to mail, to call, or to work in your own spreadsheet.
Do not ask it for the best candidates: that is Scout, which ranks against your brief. And do not read a short register as an empty market until you have checked coverage: see Coverage and data. United States only.
How to use it
- Open Registers under Find deals in the left list. The first tab is New register.
- Name a place or press Draw an area. The count updates: N records match.
- Open Filters: Property type, Size & units, Owner type, Year built. Pick at least one property type; Continue → stays off until you do.
- Press Continue →. Optionally tell it what to focus on under What should the register run focus on? (optional) — for example "Skip owners already in my list".
- Press Start. The button carries the price: Start · N credits.
If your account shows one brief box instead of these two steps, write the area and the property type in it, check that the Result chip reads Full register, and press Run Scout.
What you get back
A run room with the register: A register of N rows, on a map and as a full table you can filter, with an XLSX download and the register as CSV. Tick rows to Unmask owners, Export selected or Compare side by side.
If the records hold nothing for your area, the run says so plainly — The parcel roll returned nothing for this area — nothing was screened. — rather than showing an empty result as a finding.
Time and cost
The price is on the Start button before you press it, and Credits are held only when you press Start, with the time it expects next to it (~N min).
