Answer

AI Implementation in a CRE Firm: What Is Live on Day 14? (2026)

Two workflows run in your own email by day 14: incoming deals come back as a finished review in the same thread, and a US territory sends new signals every day, each already analyzed. What is measured, what is not promised.

On day 14 of an AI implementation with Titleman, two workflows are running in your own email. Deals your team forwards come back in the same thread as a finished review, and a US territory sends new signals every day, each one already analyzed. One person on your side is trained to use both, and a scorecard says what was measured.

What is live on day 14

WhatWhat runsHow it is measured
Deal inboxYour forwarding address or rule sends each deal email to a Titleman address. Offering memo, rent roll, T-12 or an address: the reply comes back in the same thread with an underwriting and a memo. For a US property it also carries a value range and comparable sales.Deals reviewed; median hours to reply. The reply time, four business hours, is written into the pilot terms.
Territory signals (US territories)Your US territory and property types are written down on day 0. Signals (loans coming due, owners holding 15 years or more, land changing hands, leases ending) arrive each day by email, each with its analysis attached.Signals your team took into work.
One trained personOne owner of the process on your side, trained in a 30-minute recorded session: where to forward, and how to ask for a change of style.Session held and recorded; forwards sent by that person.
Day-14 scorecardDeals reviewed, hours to reply, match with your own analyst, deals taken further, signals taken into work.Read by you; targets not met are named.

How the deal inbox works is in its guide, and the territory side is the Signals guide.

How it starts: day 0

Day 0 is three decisions and one document. You give a forwarding address or rule, you name the territory and the property types, and you name the one person who will own the process. The document is the pilot terms, in writing before access opens: scope, reply time, territory and what the day-14 scorecard will contain.

For the innovation lead already in the seat: you stay the author of the rollout

If your job is to bring AI into the firm, this is a way to start with something running instead of something planned. You choose the territory and property types. You choose who is trained. You decide which corrections become the firm's rules, and the day-14 scorecard is written for you to present to your signers, with the misses on it. Titleman supplies the working process and the measurement; the decision to extend it, narrow it or stop is yours and theirs.

What the 14 days do not include

  • Connections into your CRM or ERP, single sign-on, custom connectors.
  • Requiring your team to work inside a Titleman login. The work arrives in email.
  • Bulk scans, bulk opinions of value, or territories beyond the ones written on day 0.
  • Filling your own spreadsheet template. If you want that, it is scoped separately.

These belong to a longer scope that you decide on after you have read the scorecard.

What it does not replace

It does not replace your analysts' judgment, your investment committee, or a licensed appraisal. A value range from a review is a screen: use it to rank and to ask better questions, and bring in an appraiser when a lender or a court requires one. A signal is a reason to look, not a verdict on a building. The system signs nothing, writes outside your firm only with your ok, and spends nothing (what an AI analyst never does alone). The longer path, step by step, is in from probation to a team of analysts.

FAQ

What is live on day 14 of an AI implementation at a commercial real estate firm?

Two workflows, running in your own email: forwarded deals come back in the same thread as a finished review, and a US territory sends new signals every day, each already analyzed. One person on your side is trained, and a day-14 scorecard states what was measured.

How fast does a forwarded deal come back?

Within four business hours, written into the pilot terms before anything starts. The scorecard reports the median hours measured on your deals, and a miss is reported as a miss.

Do we need to connect our CRM or set up single sign-on first?

No. For the 14 days the work runs through your existing email. CRM and ERP connections, single sign-on and custom connectors belong to a longer scope you decide on after day 14.

Can the innovation lead who is already in the seat stay in charge of the rollout?

Yes. You choose the territory, name the person who is trained, and present the scorecard. Titleman supplies the working process; the rollout stays yours.
