What it does
Inbox is every letter between you and Titleman in one place, and the address that turns a forwarded email into work. Forward the broker's mail as it arrived: the letter itself starts the run, there is no form to fill in, and the answer comes back in the same thread.
When to use it
Use it when a deal arrives by email and you want a first answer without opening the product: forward it, attachments and all.
Send it from the address registered on your account. We answer only that address; a colleague who needs the results needs their own account.
How to use it
- Open Inbox under Workspace in the left list. The card Send a deal by email shows the address to forward to.
- Forward the broker's email to that address as it arrived. Attach the rent roll, T-12 or operating statement and the offering memorandum: Excel, CSV and PDF attachments go into the run with the letter.
- Need to add something? Reply in the same thread. A different property? Send a new letter.
What you get back
An answer in the same thread, with the value opinion attached. In Inbox, each thread shows its subject, its date and message count, and Waiting on us while the work is running. Open a thread to read it from the first message; letters that carry a deal package have Open the package.
