What it does
Three screens in the Integrations group of the left list connect Titleman to the tools you already use. MCP puts Titleman inside your AI assistant and has its own guide: Connect to Claude. This guide covers the other three:
- Connectors — the apps and data partners Titleman works with, each marked Connected or On request.
- Integrations — the full catalog of what Titleman connects to or reads.
- Connections — every system and its status for your organization.
When to use it
Use Connectors to install what is live today: the Excel add-in is Connected, with How to install and use → beside it. Use Integrations or Connections to ask for anything else. A connection is set up with you, not switched on by a button: Nothing is read from the account until you agree.
Do not plan around a connection marked On request until the team has written back to set it up.
How to use it
- Connectors: open it in the left list. The page lists the MCP card (Open MCP →), the Excel add-in, and the connections available on request — email inflow, Dropbox, a property management system, and data partners.
- Integrations: search the catalog or pick a category, open the card you need and press Request integration. Say what you would use it for (optional) and press Send request. The card then reads Requested — the team will write to you.
- Connections: find the system under Search systems and press Connect. Say which account it is and what it is for, and send. The team writes back to set it up with you.
What you get back
A connection your runs use. An account your organization shares is used by its runs; a personal one stays yours. A connected row shows the account, its permissions and its last sync. To take access back, go to Settings → Connections.
Some data integrations use your own licence: Titleman does not resell that data.
