How-to

Workflows

How to pick a ready-made workflow, fill its highlighted parts and send it from the AI Assistant, and how to keep and rerun your own.

What it does

Workflows is a library of ready-made prompts for real estate work, plus the ones you keep. Each template says what you give, what you get and how long it usually takes. You pick one, fill the highlighted parts, and send it from the AI Assistant.

When to use it

Use it when the job is a known recipe — a lender check, a listing pitch, a screening pass — and you want the brief written the way that recipe needs it. Use My workflows for the prompts your team repeats every week.

Do not expect a workflow to start on its own: a template only fills the Assistant's box. Nothing is sent and nothing is charged until you press Send.

How to use it

  1. Open Workflows in the left list. Two tabs: Templates and My workflows.
  2. Narrow the library with Search workflows and the For, Stage and Asset filters.
  3. Read a card: You give, You get, Often also, Then and Time. Open it for The prompt, its Steps and an Example.
  4. Press Use this workflow → (or Use in Assistant → in the preview). The AI Assistant opens with the prompt in its box.
  5. Fill every part in brackets, then press Send.
  6. To keep a template, press Save to My workflows. On My workflows, press Run on a saved prompt, fill in its parts under Fill in, and press Put in the assistant. The ⋯ menu has Rename, Share with your team and Remove from list.

What you get back

What the products in the workflow return, in the room the Assistant opens — the card's You get line names them. My workflows shows each saved prompt with its Steps and Last run, and Open the run → takes you back to it.

Time and cost

A template card shows its Time. Running a saved prompt says Up to about N credits — the high end of recent runs. Nothing is charged until you send it., with the figure for that prompt.
