What it does
Homes search finds a specific home, flat or project to buy or rent, anywhere in the world. It reads the local listing portals of the place you name, converts prices and sizes into your currency and units, and shows each listing with its own photographs and a mark against every condition you set.
When to use it
Use it for one unit or one project: a two-bedroom to rent in a district, a new-build to buy before a date, a house under a budget.
Do not ask it for parcels, owners or off-market buildings — that is Scout and Registers. It does not value anything; a price is the listing's own.
How to use it
- Open Homes search under Find deals in the left list (the screen itself is titled Search). The first tab is New search.
- Answer What are you looking for, and where? in any language.
- Name the place in City, district or address. It is the one condition the search cannot start without.
- Set what matters; each filter writes itself into the text:
- Buy or Rent;
- the type: Apartment, House, Townhouse, Commercial, Land;
- Bedrooms, from Studio up;
- Budget up to (or Rent up to) and its currency;
- Size from in m², and Handover by for a purchase;
- New-builds only, To live in or To rent out.
- Press the arrow (Start).
What you get back
Listing cards, as they are found: Searching the local portals — the cards will appear here as soon as they are ready. Switch between List, Gallery and Map, and sort by best match, price, price per m², size or soonest handover.
- Each card has the listing's photos, its price (or No price shown), and for every condition you set whether it meets it, does not, or does not say.
- Open on the portal ↗ opens the listing itself; Details opens the card.
- Filters narrow the results — for instance Only those that match every condition or Only with photos.
- Save marks a card on this page only; it is not kept after you leave.
Anything the listing page does not confirm stays blank — never a guess. If nothing matches, Edit the request takes you back. Past searches are on the Searches tab.
