What it does
PitchDecks packages a property and your numbers into the two documents a pitch needs: a portrait Report for scrutiny and a landscape Presentation for the room. Both are editable, both carry your brand kit's cover and appendix, and both come with the workbook behind the figures.
When to use it
Use it for a listing pitch, an investment committee or a lender meeting, when you need a deck and not only a report. For the offering memorandum of a listing, use OM; for a price on a list of addresses, use BOV at Scale.
Do not send a deck before you set your brand kit: deliverables carry the watermark until a brand kit replaces it.
How to use it
- Open PitchDecks under Decks in the left list and stay on + New.
- Answer Which property? in the box Describe the deck — attach the numbers. It starts with Build a pitch deck for; add the address and what the deck has to do.
- Attach what you have: Attach a T-12 or rent roll, Attach photographs, or Pick from Vault for files you already keep in Titleman.
- Press Start. A room opens and the agent works in real time; every figure carries its source and date.
- Once, before you send anything: open Brand kit and set your cover and appendix.
What you get back
A pair, plus the numbers:
- a Presentation, 16:9, for the room;
- a Report, A4, to read;
- Backup.xlsx, the workbook behind the figures.
They are downloadable from the run's results, from the run's canvas Exports, and from the deal's Deliverables tab in Pipeline.
